How to vote for U4U - List 2 ?

It is really simple, only half a minute is needed.

What if you receive this message when you login ? This domain is not allowed to vote. This means you are not an elector. Who can vote ?
If you want to vote from your private workstation, follow these steps :
1. Start your secured session : https://myremote.ec.europa.eu
2. Choose "private device", then enter
your professional e-mail address and your ECAS password
NB. If you don't have an account, please hit the "create an
account" link, follow the instructions and connect yourself again.
3. Your own IT "bureau" (start page) will
load, connect to the electoral web page from the Outlook message that contains
the link or enter directly this link in the address bar of your browser :
https://webgate.ec.testa.eu/1/evote/clp/index.cfm.
NB. You may be asked to enter your current own password (not the
ECAS one) for accessing your applications
4. Follow the steps above from c) to h) and vote for the whole list #2 U4U

Extract of the electoral rules
Article 10
Mode de scrutin: sous peine de nullité, l'électeur doit exprimer son vote de la manière suivante:
a. soit: voter pour une liste. A cet effet, il doit cocher la case figurant sous le numéro et le sigle de la liste qu'il a choisie (« vote de liste »);
b. soit voter pour un maximum de 27 couples de candidats (titulaires et suppléants), choisis parmi une ou plusieurs listes. A cet effet, il doit cocher la case figurant en regard des noms des candidats qu'il a choisis, avec un maximum de 27 (« vote préférentiel »);
Un vote exprimé en cochant à la fois une case "de liste" et une ou des cases "préférentielles" dans cette même liste doit être considéré uniquement comme « vote préférentiel »;
Un vote exprimé en cochant à la fois une case « de liste » et une ou des cases « préférentielles » dans d’autres listes doit être considéré comme nul.
Sous peine de nullité de son vote, l'électeur doit s'abstenir de faire figurer sur le bulletin toute autre inscription, signature, rature ou signe quelconque.
