An English version of our workshops is conceivable.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>If you are interested, don\u2019t hesitate to get in touch.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<table width=\"100%\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"49%\">Here&#8217;s a new series of our\u00a0<strong>&#8220;Pacifying our work environment&#8221;\u00a0<\/strong>workshops led by Clemento Lonardo.<\/p>\n<p>This year, we plan to experiment with a new timetable: Thursdays\u00a0from 9 to 10.30 am. If there is sufficient demand, a second course can be held on Wednesdays at midday.<\/p>\n<p>This course is reserved for members and is designed to make our lives easier, including our relationships at work. The aim is to manage our darker side to adapt our behaviour, improve our communication with others and achieve an environment of relational well-being at work.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Interpersonal allergies &#8211; What can you do? <\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We&#8217;ve all found ourselves in this situation: with some people, we&#8217;re immediately at ease, with others, we find it more difficult. Clemento Lonardo offers us a few tools to help us become aware of our strengths and of certain character traits we need to develop to be in better harmony with ourselves and with others.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Conscious communication for more effective collaboration<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In difficult relationships, we unconsciously tend to use language that can be perceived as contemptuous, blaming and judgmental.<\/p>\n<p>And yet, empathic language enables us not only to manage tense situations better, but also to communicate our needs and set our limits in a peaceful manner &#8211; a prerequisite for living together in harmony and working together effectively.<\/p>\n<p>Clemento Lonardo takes us on a tour of the basics of this kind of conscious communication.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Part 1: Emotions and needs, how to get out of the &#8220;I should&#8221;s<\/li>\n<li>Part 2: Saying and hearing &#8220;NO&#8221; and other topics<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong><u>Conflict management<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Conflicts are part of life. But how can we manage them to stay in a win-win dynamic?<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Manipulation &#8211; how to detect it, how to deal with it?<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Have you ever found yourself in a situation where you felt manipulated?<\/p>\n<p>In this workshop, we\u00a0will\u00a0explore the patterns of manipulation. What is the criterion for choosing victims? A liberating insight that sheds light on &#8220;hidden benefit&#8221; patterns for those caught in the manipulator-manipulated dynamic.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>The dramatic triangle: how to remain an adult in a situation where the protagonists are &#8220;victim&#8221;, &#8220;persecutor&#8221; and &#8220;saviour\u201d<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Have you ever been offered a role in a casting: &#8220;1 victim, 1 persecutor and 1 saviour&#8221;?<\/p>\n<p>How can you avoid falling into this trap?<\/p>\n<p>You will learn to recognize these situations, take responsibility, and emerge from the dramatic triangle as an adult with your head held high.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Overcoming inner resistance for greater team effectiveness<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Resistance is a normal part of life. Human beings prefer to stay in their comfort zone. If, on the other hand, life doesn&#8217;t go our way, inner resistance can develop and grow. In interaction with others, this can lead to a deadlock in the relationship. (No win-win any more.) Fighting resistance isn&#8217;t the solution: we first need to identify and accept our own resistance and become aware of our desires\/needs. This will enable us to do the same for the other&#8217;s resistance and needs.
