From the failed attempt to implement a European Defense Community in the early 1950s to the initiatives taken to support Ukraine at war in 2022 and 2023, the relationship between the European Institutions and the military has changed enormously and gave rise to much debate.<\/p>\n

In this presentation for non-specialists, we will return to the main moments of this eventful history.<\/p>\n
