She is Director of the Observatoire du bien-\u00eatre, and a member of the Institut Universitaire de France. Her work focuses on the economics of subjective well-being, and in particular on the link between income, growth, inequality and happiness. She is also interested in the sources of well-being at work and in companies. Finally, she studies women&#8217;s behavior at school and on the job market.
