Focus<\/h2>\n

On 10 November, the European Parliament and the Council approved the European budget for 2024. This budget will make it possible to respond in part to the more urgent needs of the European Union and its neighbours, as well as the consequences of the crisis in the Middle East.<\/p>\n

However, the mid-term review of the MFF is urgently needed and the outlook for the following years remains bleak, particularly for rubrique 7, which was cut at the Commission’s own proposal at the start of its mandate.<\/em><\/p>\n

The purpose of the conference is to explain the main budgetary issues and the medium-term implications, particularly for the staff of the institutions.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n
