L’équilibre géographique au sein de la fonction publique européenne constitue une des priorités de la DG HR La DG HR propose de recourir à des concours par nationalité pour les nationalités en déséquilibre, mais aussi de permettre des concours à des grades plus élevés pour des catégories de personnel difficiles à recruter. Geographical balance in the European civil service is one of DG HR's priorities DG HR proposes to use competitions by nationality for unbalanced nationalities, but also to allow competitions at higher ranks for categories of staff difficult to recruit. |

Bientôt des potagers dans toutes les institutions européennes ? Des collègues de la DG AGRI entretiennent un potager sur une des terrasses de leur bâtiment. Cette initiative sympathique donne déjà de bons résultats et démontre ses multiples bienfaits. Soon vegetable gardens in all the European institutions? Colleagues from DG AGRI maintain a vegetable garden on one of the terraces of their building. This nice initiative already gives good results and demonstrates its multiple benefits. |

La Commission relance les appels d'offres pour les cantines. C'est l'occasion de réfléchir à une alimentation plus saine, plus respectueuse de l'environnement, en application du label Good Food. La politique extérieure et en particulier de Sécurité et de Défense Commune (PSDC) est l'objet de fantasmes. Un certain nombre d'avancées tant symboliques que significatives ont été enregistrées depuis le Traité de Lisbonne, mais il semble que nous soyons au milieu du gué. Le défi pour Josep Borrell, nouvellement désigné comme Haut Représentant, est bien de construire une "souveraineté stratégique" et certainement, au moins dans un premier temps, à Traités constants. External relations of the European Union: assessment and new ambitionsForeign policy and in particular the Security and Common Defense (CSDP) is the subject of fantasies. Several symbolic and significant advances have been made since the Treaty of Lisbon, but it seems that we are in midstream. The challenge for Josep Borrell, newly appointed High Representative, is to build "strategic sovereignty" and certainly, at least initially, without changes to the Treaties. Parlement : la DG PERS annonce une réouverture du Statut Monsieur Knudsen annonce une réouverture du Statut en 2020, en particulier pour réduire le pourcentage de fonctionnaires permanents dans la fonction publique européenne. U4U s'oppose à de nouvelles attaques contre notre Statut et rappelle que les Institutions devraient plutôt se battre pour un budget qui permette de faire face aux défis du moment. Parliament: DG PERS announces reopening of the Staff Regulations Mr Knudsen announced a reopening of the Staff Regulations in 2020, in particular to reduce the percentage of permanent civil servants in the European civil service. U4U opposes further attacks against our Staff Regulations and argues that the Institutions should instead fight for a budget that meets the challenges of the moment. |
