Il veut permettre une analyse des fondements, des études comme des sondages, de laquelle puisse émerger une solution durable de travail hybride. Cet article fait partie d’un ensemble de réflexions sur le sujet du télétravail et du travail hybride. Telework and efficiency Our Union wants to look at the issue of telework with the necessary reflection to understand the stakes and the opportunities of the announced changes. It wants to enable an analysis of the fundamentals, of the studies as well as the surveys, from which a sustainable solution of hybrid work can emerge. This article is part of a series of reflections on the subject of telework and hybrid work. It takes a closer look at the issues of staff effectiveness in telework. |

Télétravail et indemnité d’expatriation: les États membres demandent des comptes à la Commission européenne, lors d’échanges au groupe statut du Conseil Lors de la dernière réunion du groupe, il semble que certains États membres, et notamment l’Autriche, ont posé des questions sur le télétravail et l’indemnité l’octroi de l’indemnité d’expatriation. Ils ont demandé si la Commission avait mené des contrôles sur place, des audits et de quelle manière l’institution s’est assurée de la bonne application du télétravail sur le lieu d’affectation. Telework and expatriation allowances: Member States call the European Commission to account, during discussions in the Council's Staff Regulations Group At the last meeting of the group, it seems that some Member States, and in particular Austria, asked questions about teleworking and the granting of the expatriation allowance. They asked whether the Commission had carried out on-the-spot checks and audits and how the institution ensured that teleworking was properly applied at the place of employment. |
