Coaching 4 U

U4U offers support in achieving your professional goals. Coaching might
relate to specific objectives (certification or internal competition...) or to
general goals (overall development). Details can be found herebelow.
Le coach est une personne qui a acquis une longue expérience
(plus de 10 ans) au sein des institutions européennes - services centraux et
services opérationnels - et a exercé diverses responsabilités dans le domaine de
la gestion des ressources humaines (orientation professionnelle, gestion de
carrières, gestion de la mobilité, sélection et recrutement) à la Commission et
à EPSO.

U4U propose à ses adhérents en règle de cotisation des sessions
individuelles. Les jeux de rôles seront effectués avec plusieurs
participants.

participant à savoir dans quels domaines il cherche à être recruté. Bilan
de compétences : historique de carrière ; capital personnel et professionnel;
centres d’intérêts et valeurs au travail ; aptitudes et savoir-faire.

environnement et conditions de travail recherchés

will involve several participants.

1) recap on strengths, weaknesses and areas for improvements;
awareness-raising on competences and talents; refining your professional

Mise à jour Update:13/04/2023 - Purement indicatif, seules les
communications d'EPSO font foi - This information is indicative, only the
information communicated by EPSO on its website and on the candidates' accounts
is valid.
NB. Certains concours sont reportés à l'automne. Il ne sert à
rien de se préparer maintenant pour des tests qui auront lieu en sept/oct, de
nouvelles dates de coaching seront proposées fin août/début septembre. Les
inscriptions déjà prises et payées restent cependant valables.
Some competitions are postponed to the autumn. There is no point in preparing
now for tests that will take place in September/October, new coaching dates will
be proposed at the end of August/beginning of September. Registrations already
taken and paid remain valid.

EPSO’s
Director has decided to cancel Competition EPSO/AST/154/22 – Assistants
(AST3), Accounting, Finance and Communication, with the support of
EPSO’s governing body, the interinstitutional Management Board. EPSO and
its Management Board came to this conclusion after taking into
consideration a number of accumulated difficulties surrounding this
competition, in particular as regards the implementation of remotely
proctored tests, including technical dysfunctions and data protection
concerns.

sont secrets et que le coaching que nous proposons porte sur les compétences
testées et pas sur le contenu des tests qui restent à la discrétion du jury
et peuvent donc changer d’un concours à l’autre. En raison du très grand nombre de demandes de coaching
actuellement, nous ne pourrons malheureusement pas accorder plus de 3 séances
individuelles par personne, plus éventuellement une
séance collective de préparation de concours,
chaque séance étant payée à chaque inscription. De même, nous n'accepterons pas
des séances
individuelles consécutives, car ces éventuelles autres séances doivent être préparées
par le demandeur. Merci de votre compréhension.
Pour donner au coach le temps de préparer votre dossier,
les coachings ne peuvent pas être pris la veille pour le lendemain. |
We remind you of the fact that the work
of EPSO Selection Boards are secret and that the coaching we offer is
related to the competencies tested and not to the content of tests which is
at the discretion of each Selection Board and may change from one
competition to the other. Due to the very high number of requests for coaching at
this moment, U4U will not be able to award more than 3 individual sessions, per person,
plus possibly, a
collective one for preparing competitions, each session being paid when
registering for it.
Also, we will not accept consecutive sessions, as the eventual second
session must be prepared by the applicant. Thank you for your understanding.
In order to give the coach time to prepare your file, coaching sessions cannot
be taken the day before for the day after. |

Send us in
advance your resumé and, if relevant, your invitation to the
Assessment Centre and your answers to the Talent Screener, explain us what you expect from this coaching session,
mention which points you particularly want to work on. Your coach will then be
able to focus on your concerns.
Envoyez-nous dès que possible votre CV et si applicable, l'invitation
au Centre d'Evaluation ainsi que vos réponses au Talent Screener,
dites-nous ce que vous attendez de cette séance de coaching, citez les
points sur lesquels vous voulez particulièrement insister. Votre formateur
pourra ainsi se préparer à aborder vos priorités. |
Ground rules
-
The coach will not answer emails before or after a
session. However, exceptionally, the coach may agree to review a document after
the meeting but will not engage in a further exchange of e-mails.

If prior to the session, some documents are asked,
please provide in time these documents, correctly filled in, as appropriate.
Coming to the session without having provided the required information
beforehand will result in a poor meeting.
-
Come on time. If you are late, the session will not be
extended.
-
U4U will not accept last minute cancellations. The
coaching session fee will be due if the coachee has not informed U4U training
team of his/her last minute difficulty, and the session will therefore not be
rescheduled
-
The advice from the coach depends on you being truthful,
factual and informative.
-
Always be polite with the coach, who is not responsible
for your possible difficulties.
-
On-line coaching : It is essential for the quality of
the course that your camera is switched on and running. The trainer needs to see
you to assess your reactions. In principle, your camera should always be active
during the course, unless otherwise instructed by the trainer, who may sometimes
limit the use of the camera to specific interactions with you. Refusing to
activate the camera at the request of the trainer may lead to your expulsion
from the course, without the possibility of a refund.
