With us

Claudia SENIK is Professor at Sorbonne University and the Paris School of Economics (PSE). She is Director of the Observatoire du bien-être, and a member of the Institut Universitaire de France. Her work focuses on the economics of subjective well-being, and in particular on the link between income, growth, inequality and happiness. She is also interested in the sources of well-being at work and in companies. Finally, she studies women’s behavior at school and on the job market. As part of her research, Claudia Senik has also examined the relationship between teleworking, hybrid work and employee well-being, and it is precisely this subject that we will be addressing together.
