A few weeks ago, we invited you to complete a questionnaire about your priorities regarding your working conditions at the European Commission in Luxembourg over the coming years.

You can still respond if you wish:

https://ec.europa.eu/eusurvey/runner/PulseLuxembourg2025 .

We now want to take this a step further and discuss the results with you.

At U4U, we believe in the value of collective deliberation and debate, and of enriching our ideas through dialogue.

With the local staff committee elections now underway and new priorities to be set in the coming months, now is the time to exchange ideas.

Let’s meet on Thursday, 20 November for what promises to be a rich and exciting discussion.

U4U supports the peace efforts of the women of Women Wage Peace (Israel) and Women of the Sun (Palestine).

A ceasefire has been agreed upon, but the challenges do not stop there! For this fragile truce to turn into lasting peace, civil society – and particularly women – must be its driving force.

These two movements, which bring together more than 55,000 women, share a common message: “A just and lasting peace cannot be built without women at the negotiation table.”
