November 23, 2023 @ 9h00 - 10h30

NB: Workshops are in French. An English version of our workshops is conceivable.

If you are interested, don’t hesitate to get in touch.

Here’s a new series of our “Pacifying our work environment” workshops led by Clemento Lonardo.

This year, we plan to experiment with a new timetable: Thursdays from 9 to 10.30 am. If there is sufficient demand, a second course can be held on Wednesdays at midday.

This course is reserved for members and is designed to make our lives easier, including our relationships at work. You’ll find new workshops, tried-and-tested workshops and a regular workshop where you can use the skills you’ve learned to find solutions to complex situations.

The workshops are independent of each other, but as they are designed to evolve from certain basic premises, we ask you to attend workshops 1 and 2 in any case.

In practice : A 90-minute online workshop

Group size 15 participants maximum

Register now, places are limited!

U4U offers this training (that U4U pays for) free of charge to its members (membership fee 30€/year), please attend a course once you have registered for it.

IN A FEW WORDS

My personality: light side – dark side

A workshop designed to help us better identify our main behavioural tendency to complement our light side. The aim is to manage our darker side to adapt our behaviour, improve our communication with others and achieve an environment of relational well-being at work.

Interpersonal allergies – What can you do?

We’ve all found ourselves in this situation: with some people, we’re immediately at ease, with others, we find it more difficult. Clemento Lonardo offers us a few tools to help us become aware of our strengths and of certain character traits we need to develop to be in better harmony with ourselves and with others.

Conscious communication for more effective collaboration

In difficult relationships, we unconsciously tend to use language that can be perceived as contemptuous, blaming and judgmental.

And yet, empathic language enables us not only to manage tense situations better, but also to communicate our needs and set our limits in a peaceful manner – a prerequisite for living together in harmony and working together effectively.

Clemento Lonardo takes us on a tour of the basics of this kind of conscious communication.

  1. Part 1: Emotions and needs, how to get out of the “I should”s
  2. Part 2: Saying and hearing “NO” and other topics

Conflict management

Conflicts are part of life. But how can we manage them to stay in a win-win dynamic?

Manipulation – how to detect it, how to deal with it?

Have you ever found yourself in a situation where you felt manipulated?

In this workshop, we will explore the patterns of manipulation. What is the criterion for choosing victims? A liberating insight that sheds light on “hidden benefit” patterns for those caught in the manipulator-manipulated dynamic.

The dramatic triangle: how to remain an adult in a situation where the protagonists are “victim”, “persecutor” and “saviour”

Have you ever been offered a role in a casting: “1 victim, 1 persecutor and 1 saviour”?

How can you avoid falling into this trap?

You will learn to recognize these situations, take responsibility, and emerge from the dramatic triangle as an adult with your head held high.

Overcoming inner resistance for greater team effectiveness

Resistance is a normal part of life. Human beings prefer to stay in their comfort zone. If, on the other hand, life doesn’t go our way, inner resistance can develop and grow. In interaction with others, this can lead to a deadlock in the relationship. (No win-win any more.) Fighting resistance isn’t the solution: we first need to identify and accept our own resistance and become aware of our desires/needs. This will enable us to do the same for the other’s resistance and needs. Once resistance has been overcome, we’ll be able to find a space of freedom and calm, conducive to a productive attitude.

How to communicate to inspire – presenting yourself for success

Whether your theme is personal, professional or otherwise, here are a few tips to help you present yourself in a way that will make the other person want to engage with you.

A complex situation: take advantage of collective intelligence to find possible solutions

Take advantage of collective intelligence to get out of difficult situations. A regular appointment for workshop participants.

THE BENEFITS OF WORKING WITH CLEMENTO LONARDO
  1. An approach that is accessible for all participants : The methods chosen are within everyone’s reach and help to develop well-being, the driving force behind our performance.
  2. Speed and efficiency : In both workshops and one-to-one sessions, people experience the tools directly, which encourages rapid transformation.
  3. A set of management skills
Trained as an engineer, Clemento started 17 years ago to teach mathematics in Schaerbeek, his primary intention being to bring a sense of well-being to his groups of students, thereby promoting their success.

After training in various methods (EFT, Logosynthesis, Laughter Yoga , Pychosomatic Coherence), he now co-coaches with horses to help entrepreneurs, teams and individuals reconnect with themselves and free themselves from anything that prevents them from realizing their full creative potential. Well-being and self-fulfillment, as the key to performance.

At the same time, he continues to teach mathematics twice a week at the Institut Cardinal Mercier in Schaerbeek.

4. Some data from a recent qualitative survey

Terms most often cited to describe the experience of an individual or team session: Caring, impressive, effective, positive, powerful, profound, moving, rapid results.

What’s most surprising about the approach
: A release of both physical and emotional tensions. An insight that leads to transformation in behaviour and functioning. The desire to get moving (again) towards one’s goals.

What is most appreciated: the speed with which results are obtained, the absolutely empathic approach, even in situations of great vulnerability, the gentleness of the method, the authenticity of the encounter, the coach’s attentiveness and the absence of judgement.
