Focus
The generalisation of hybrid work, the implementation of which has been evaluated for the first time by the European Commission, raises many questions that have not been addressed, particularly those concerning health in the workplace.
The courts have been called upon in this area. In the current context, an analysis of French and European case law can be extremely useful.
